VONES GIN, LA GINEBRA QUE DESLUMBRÓ EN EL GIN SHOW. VONES GIN, THE GIN THAT SHINE IN GIN SHOW.

Como cada año la empresa Drinks Marketing Group reunió a lo mejorcito del mundo de las ginebras  en el Gin Show Madrid 2013. El evento tuvo lugar en el Circulo de Bellas Artes de Madrid. Un espacio donde se reunieron las mejores ginebras premium  y tónicas del mercado junto con los profesionales del sector. A través de la AEBDM (Asociación Española de Blogs de Moda) tuve el honor de representar como embajadora  a la marca de ginebra VONES GIN.

Nada más llegar al stand me recibió Álvaro Diez fundador de VONES GIN. Emprendedor donde los haya decidió junto con sus 2 socios embarcarse en este proyecto llamado VONES GIN.

Un proyecto que  se inicia en Galicia y que vio la luz el pasado mes de septiembre. En muy  pocos meses  VONES GIN se ha ido posicionando como  una de las ginebras con más potencial que hay en el mercado. El origen de VONES GIN se remonta  a un pergamino con una receta, una farmacia y un ingrediente único, la castaña, que hace de esta ginebra una de las mas innovadoras del mercado.

Daniel Tejedor, distribuidor de la marca VONES GIN me estuvo explicando muy amablemente como se elabora la ginebra VONES GIN.

PROCESO Y ELABORACION DE VONES GIN

VONES GIN  es una ginebra gallega pero que se elabora en Londres partiendo de alcohol puro. Después de pasar por el proceso de 4 destilaciones se selecciona el destilado que más pureza tiene. Una vez conseguido ese estado de pureza se pasa a macerar la ginebra con los botánicos seleccionados en grupos y tiempos diferentes. Para su elaboración se utilizan 11 botánicos que vienen de distintas partes del mundo: enebro, cilantro, angélica,piel de limón, piel de naranja, regaliz, cassia, canela, nuez moscada, raíz de Florencia y castaña.

De esta manera como resultado final se obtiene la ginebra VONES GIN.

Pero esto no se queda ahí ya que VONES GIN crea unos gin tonics espectaculares.

En el GIN SHOW como embajadora pude degustar en exclusiva el  GIMLET de VONES GIN, un cocktail innovador y espectacular que se hace a partir de hielo seco. La elaboración del GIMLET de VONES GIN es digna de admiración, ya que como si de una queimada o pócima magina elaboran este delicioso cocktail.

INGREDIENTES DEL GIMLET

– Ginebra Vones Gin

– Hielo Seco

– Rose´s Lima

– Espuma: Clara de huevo, zumo de manzana, zumo de limón y té verde.

El resultado, un cocktail suave pero con un toque exótico a lima que ya ha entrado en mi lista top 1 de cocktails.

GIMLET

Sin duda, ha sido un verdadero placer ser  este año embajadora de VONES GIN en el Gin Show, una experiencia mágica que comparto hoy en The Dress for Success.

VONES GIN, THE GIN THAT SHINE IN GIN SHOW

As every year, the company Drinks Marketing Group, invited to attend the Gin Show Madrid 2013. The event was held at the Circulo de Bellas Artes in Madrid. A space where gathered the best premium gin  and tonics market with professionals of the industry. Through AEBDM (Spanish Fashion Bloggers Association ) I had the honor to represent as a Brand Ambassador  of VONES GIN.

Upon arrival to the stand I was received  by the founder of VONES GIN, Alvaro Diez. A younger entrepreneur that decided in colaboration  with his 2 partners start this project called VONES GIN.

The VONES GIN  Project, began in Galicia and was released last September. In a few months VONES GIN has positioned as one of the gins with more potential in the market. The VONES GIN  origin dates back to a scroll with a prescription, a pharmacy and a unique ingredient, chestnuts, this gin is one of the most innovative gin of the market.

Daniel Tejedor, distributor of the brand I explaned me how was the process to elaborate a bottle of  VONES GIN.

 PROCESS AND DEVELOPMENT OF A VONES GIN

VONES GIN is a galician gin, but  is made in London. It´s based on pure alcohol. After going through the process of four distillations, is selected the best purity distillate. Having achieved this state of purity , is passed to marinate  the gin with selected botanical groups in different times.

For manufactured they use 11 botanicals, that come from different parts of the world: juniper, coriander, angelica, lemon peel, orange peel, licorice, cassia, cinnamon, nutmeg, orris root and chestnut.

And… this is the final result.

But we are not stop there, because VONES GIN creates a spectaculars gin tonics. I leave here a sample of them.

As an ambassador, I could taste the exclusive VONES GIN called GIMLET, an innovative and spectacular cocktail , which is made from dry ice.

The elaboration of a GIMLET is to be admired, because look like a magical potion.

GIMLET INGREDIENTS 

– Vones Gin

– Dry Ice

– Rose’s Lime

– Foam: Egg white, apple juice, lemon juice and green tea.

The result is a smooth cocktail with an exotic twist of lime. Definitely one of my favorites.
